How do I add passengers to a 135 Trip?

To add passengers to a 135 Trip, follow these steps:

Find the trip using Trip Search
Open Trip to Trip Details Screen
Click Passenger Manifest in Workflow Summary
Note: The Passenger Manifest link will appear red until all the passengers are entered and the Passenger Manifest is marked Approved. Once the Passenger Manifest has been approved this link will turn green.
Click Add Passengers
A list of potential passengers from the customer's account will be listed. If you do not see the passenger listed Click Create New Passenger
Check the Box next to each passenger that you would like to add and Click Save
If you later decide to remove passengers from the trip ClickRemove this Pax checkbox and Click Save
When Passenger Manifest is complete, Click Approve Manifest. This marks the Passenger Manifest as complete, and lets the system know that passenger information is final
Note: After the Pax Manifest has been approved and Logistics have been completed you can send a Final Confirmation to your customer with all information included

If you mark a passenger Manifest Approved and later need to change it, Click Edit Manifest
Note: The Edit Manifest box will not appear if the Passenegr Manifest is not approved
